You can manage pg_hba entries for a database at any time, including creating, editing, reordering, or removing them. To access these settings, navigate to the service page and open the ACL tab.
For each entry, you can configure:
- Connection type (
host,hostssl,hostnossl) - Database name
- User
- Address (CIDR notation)
- Authentication method (
scram-sha-256,md5,trust)
After making your changes, click Submit to apply them. This action will cause the cluster to enter the Updating state. While in this state, further pg_hba changes cannot be made.
